Bountiful Baskets

Last Saturday, I was able to pick up a basket of fresh fruits and vegetables. My favorite fruit was the Rainier cherries. They were so good.

King Korn

Last night we were invited by some very good friends to go see a movie at their place. We saw King Korn. By the end of that movie, I wasn't sure if I ever wanted to eat again. So if you want a good diet, go see King Korn. By the way, you won't ever want to eat anything with high fructose corn syrup ever again. In addition, corn fed beef should be outlawed.

Saving Money

To save money remember buy on sale and use a coupon too. Buy in bulk at the lowest price possible. Buy only what you will eat. Remember, the best buy is the one that's free. Keep a list of the lowest prices on items. Buying at certain stores doesn't mean you're getting the best deal. If you have to go far to buy an item, think is it really worth the trip? Remember, just because it's on sale, doesn't make it the best purchase. I keep wondering--if you look at someone's grocery cart--is it true, "You are what you eat?"
